The flat consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa that can become a bed if necessary, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a small adjoining area with a bunk bed. Spectacular is the garden of the house, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and a table for use on a thousand occasions. A garage also belongs to the flat. The accommodation is also equipped with a cooling and heating system, a free WI FI network, towels and complete bed linen. Maximum occupancy 3 people.

We are Giuliana and Alessandro, two pensioners who love the sea and the enchanting landscapes offered by the Venice lagoon. We would like to welcome you to our small but comfortable flat, an ideal retreat for families wishing to relax and regenerate.
The flat is located in Isola Verde, a strip of land still unspoilt by the chaos of the city, immersed in rural nature, not far from Chioggia and Venice, within a cosy residence, a stone’s throw from the beach, swimming pools and tennis court.
You can thus enjoy a holiday of relaxation and fun, of bathing and sunbathing and water games. In the garden, overlooked by the rooms, you can enjoy a good coffee in the morning, an aperitif at sunset or simply rest. In the flat’s private garage, you can also park your bicycles for pleasant rides in nature, or simply enjoy a cool car for your journeys. The presence of an air conditioner, washing machine, microwave and other small appliances, with which the flat is equipped, will contribute to making your stay even more comfortable.
