L'appartamento

Ca’ Lucio is the typical Chioggia house called ‘terra cielo’ because it is developed in height and on each floor there are one or two rooms. Before being a holiday home, it was the home of Andrea the owner, and his family.

On the ground floor, we find the sitting room with exposed beams, and the bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, with oven, refrigerator and coffee maker, and a half bathroom (without shower or tub). On the second floor is the bedroom, with a double bed and bunk beds.

The accommodation is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, towels, and full bed linen.
The special feature of the house are the many black and white photos of Chioggia, a passion for the history of our city that Andrea has always had, so you can discover what the ‘calli’ and canals, as well as everyday life, were like in the past.

Andrea looks forward to seeing you in his pizzeria/restaurant Riva Vena, which also has many photos of Chioggia on display, especially of the area Riva Vena where the restaurant is located.

(Luglio 2023). Il concierge parla un ottimo inglese. L'alloggio (in un'elegante casa locale) si trova in una piccola strada dalla strada principale di Chioggia, lontano dai ristoranti affollati, quindi è meno rumoroso. C'è un parcheggio economico nelle vicinanze. Ci sono due supermercati più piccoli a circa 200 metri di distanza, che offrono di tutto a prezzi equi. Ci aspettavano con una generosa offerta di caffè e tè. Ci aspettavano letti comodi e una buona pulizia. Sono disponibili servizi di lavanderia.

(Agosto 2023). Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w centrum miasta. Blisko do dużego parkingu. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Łóżka duże i wygodne. W kuchni było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dodatkowo była pralka i klimatyzacja więc to na plus. Polecam jako miejsce wypadowe do Wenecji i okolic. To mieszkanie jest całym domem 🙂

During your stay, we invite you to enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience at our Riva Vena restaurant, where you can try exquisite and lovingly prepared dishes. Our menu includes delicious fish dishes to succulent meat options, and our cuisine is a perfect blend of fresh flavors and high-quality ingredients, ensuring a unique dining experience. In addition, you cannot miss our pizza, prepared using slow rising methods and special flours, such as hemp flour.
