Bellini Living Apartment offers two flats, both located on the first floor of a building in Calle S.Giacomo, the street that connects the historic centre of Chioggia to the beach area of Sottomarina. Our guests love the location because it offers the possibility of reaching both the historic city centre and the sea in a short time.

The flats share a common entrance and are both characterised by modern design with touches of bright colours, thanks to the paintings by the Bellini family, which provide a vibrant and elegant atmosphere.

 

The GLAM flat offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, a nice wooden table and a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and kettle, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, towels, and full bed linen. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

The WHITE flat consists of an open space with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle and a living room with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is also equipped with heating and air conditioning, free WI FI network, towels and complete bed linen. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Io viaggio molto per lavoro e devo dire che una struttura così ben pulita l’ho vista poche volte! Non c’era un granello di polvere, le ante della doccia in vetro non si vedevano neanche da quanto era pulita. La posizione davvero centrale e bella. Posto davvero consigliatissimo.

Appartamento nuovo, arredato in maniera curata e funzionale. Da menzionare la presenza di una lavasciuga e della lavastoviglie, cosa certo non comune in strutture similari. Smart TV di grandi dimensioni presente sia in zona notte che in zona giorno. Proprietari molto cortesi ed attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.

We fell in love with Chioggia during a holiday, struck by the charm of the historic city and its unique landscapes. So in 2021 we decided to buy a flat to use as a family retreat.

With care and passion we created two small flats, taking care of every detail to enhance the authentic character of the place. The result was so appreciated that we decided to share this special space with those who want to experience the magical atmosphere of Chioggia. Today we look at their work with pride, from a simple family project an opportunity was born that combines hospitality and love for the city.

Our family is also present in Chioggia with other activities. In 2013, in collaboration with Il Capitano Chioggia, we founded Mosquito Chioggia, an activity that accompanies tourists to discover the city through boat trips and fishing trips.

We are pleased to invite you to explore the Venice Lagoon and the most authentic corners of Chioggia for an exclusive, personalised and unforgettable experience.
