Casa Bettina is a charming apartment in the heart of Chioggia!

Elegant apartment located on the second floor provided with an elevator.

From the furniture to the ceiling you will be immersed in the enveloping atmosphere of wood. Characteristic point is the modern furniture chosen by the owners of Italian-German origin. It has a living room characterized by light and cozy colors and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, a dining table with marble effect.

A double bedroom with air conditioning and fan, a bathroom with shower.
You will be able to access the attic floor, with a comfortable sofa excellent for relaxing and reading, via internal stairs.

The accommodation is also equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, free WI FI network, towels and complete bed linen.

(Luglio 2023). Il concierge parla un ottimo inglese. L'alloggio (in un'elegante casa locale) si trova in una piccola strada dalla strada principale di Chioggia, lontano dai ristoranti affollati, quindi è meno rumoroso. C'è un parcheggio economico nelle vicinanze. Ci sono due supermercati più piccoli a circa 200 metri di distanza, che offrono di tutto a prezzi equi. Ci aspettavano con una generosa offerta di caffè e tè. Ci aspettavano letti comodi e una buona pulizia. Sono disponibili servizi di lavanderia.

(Agosto 2023). Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w centrum miasta. Blisko do dużego parkingu. Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Łóżka duże i wygodne. W kuchni było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dodatkowo była pralka i klimatyzacja więc to na plus. Polecam jako miejsce wypadowe do Wenecji i okolic. To mieszkanie jest całym domem 🙂

Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Chioggia! We are Bettina and Maurizio – a German-Italian couple who have discovered their passion for this enchanting town. Chioggia has a very special meaning for us. Ever since I was a child, I spent every summer in Sottomarina with my grandpa, and over a decade ago we both realized our love for this place. Two years ago, we came across this beautiful apartment in the historic center of Chioggia and knew immediately that we wanted to call it home. My Italian roots are close to Padua, and the connection to this region brought me to Sottomarina as a child.

Bettina comes from the foothills of the Bavarian Alps and often visited Sottomarina as a child with her parents for a beach vacation. We look forward to offering you an unforgettable stay in our apartment. Giorgia will be happy to give you tips on the best restaurants, bars and sights in Chioggia and the picturesque lagoon.
