The apartment

Casa dell’Architetto is a spacious first-floor apartment in the historic center of Chioggia, in one of the most central ‘calli’, right in front of the town hall and a stone’s throw from the fish market.
Once home to an architectural firm, tools and work tables are still present, giving it a very special atmosphere. The décor is classic and very cozy. It has two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher. The living room is very spacious with a flat-screen TV and a large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. The accommodation is also equipped with heating and air-conditioning, free WI-FI, washing machine, towels, and full bed linen.

Welcome!
My name is Krzysztof Mikuła and I am originally from Poland, where I lived and worked for many years. When I retired, I discovered my true passion: sea sport fishing in Norway. I have been favorably blessed with great successes, such as catching a 64 kg halibut and a 21 kg cod.
In addition to fishing, I am a keen traveler. During a trip to Italy, I had the chance to get to know Chioggia and immediately fell in love with the place: its culture, landscapes, architecture, cuisine, and seafaring traditions won me over.

For this reason, I decided to buy an apartment in the center of Chioggia, so I can share my passion for this city with other
travelers, offering them the opportunity to experience an authentic and unforgettable stay.
The house is called Casa Architetto because it was originally used as an architectural firm. The architects donated some of their materials to us, which we decided to keep as part of the décor.
My family is the most important part of my life. My wife, my three grown-up children, my two daughters-in-law and my four grandchildren are my source of joy, support, and love.
