The Apartment

Clodia Major is a very large and distinctive apartment, offering antique and modern furniture cleverly mixed together to create an elegant and old-fashioned atmosphere.

The best thing of all about the house is the view, as almost every window overlooks the St. Domenico canal, and from the windows of the mezzanine you can see the Lusenzo lagoon and even the town of Sottomarina!

Clodia Major is on the second floor of the building of the Naccari family, owners of Clodia Major, and is divided into two levels joined by a custom-made wooden staircase.

On the first floor is the master bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, a very large living area with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a sitting room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine with a half bathroom (without shower and bathtub), a bedroom with two single rollaway beds and a comfortable sofa.
The accommodation is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, towels, and full bed linen. If you bring your own bike, you will be able to park it at the entrance of the building.

(Agosto 2023). L'Holiday Rental è davvero carino e situato nel centro di Chioggia all'ultimo piano di una struttura medica. Per il carico e lo scarico del carico e scarico è possibile parcheggiare proprio di fronte alla casa. L'appartamento è molto grande e molto ben attrezzato. La pulizia era eccellente!

(Agosto 2023). Appartamento molto carino, spazioso, ben arredato. Tutto come nuovo. La posizione era buona, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e si possono noleggiare le biciclette nelle vicinanze per andare in spiaggia. La signora dell'ufficio ci ha dato ottime informazioni ed è stata sempre disponibile quando avevamo bisogno di qualcosa.

The Naccari Family

Clodia Major is the ancient name of our dear and beloved city, which developed even before the more famous and renowned Venice.
The building that houses the “Clodia Major” apartment has belonged to our family for many generations and is therefore especially dear to us because of the affection that binds us to our ancestors. Renovated with care and attention (hence the name Major) with the initial idea that it could be used as a home by some of our children and their families, this is actually the case only for short periods, so we decided to offer it also to guests who want to know and experience the beauty of Chioggia.

Although it is located in the historic center, it enjoys a wide view as it overlooks the canal ploughed by fishing boats and various vessels, with a view of the sanctuary of St. Domenico and the town of Sottomarina; it is just a stone’s throw from Corso del Popolo, the “piassa” (square) for the people of Chioggia, where one can admire and visit the main historic buildings and a place for walks and numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. It is also the site of numerous historic and folkloristic events..

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the jetty for boat trips to the island of Pellestrina, Lido and then Venice.
