La struttura
Corte Lusenzo is a vacation home, the project was born from the meeting of professionals from the tourism sector and professionals from the social sector who saw in tourism, as the driving economy of Chioggia, a possibility of redemption for fragile people.
The facility is the result of an urban redevelopment project in which an abandoned property from the 1980s was renovated in an area that seemed abandoned and of little interest but has now become one of the most attractive and fascinating areas of the city, the Lusenzo Lagoon.
The house has a cozy indoor common area, an area used during the winter for breakfasts and coworking in case guests request it, and an outdoor area, a fabulous patio full of flowers and plants with a fabulous view of the lagoon, in which to have breakfast in the warmer seasons.
There are eight rooms, seven doubles and one double, including some for the disabled.
Corte Lusenzo believes in environmental and social sustainability; all renovation work was done by local workers to have local sustainability with a zero-kilometer supply chain, and all systems are low-energy.
The decor is in a modern key with a strong presence of wood and reclaimed materials, such as briccole, the wooden poles used in lagoon navigation to mark waterways, or like the comfortable mattresses created with recycled and recyclable materials thanks to a start-up company in the sector.
In each room there is a TV, mini-bar and a safe, the electrical system is very characteristic, they wanted to rebuild it as the original one. The view of the rooms is very nice, some rooms have a direct view of the water while others have the main view on the patio and partially on the water.
The facility also has a small storage room where you can store your bikes and if you wish, rent a bike as well.

We are in one of the most beautiful areas of Chioggia right in front of the Lusenzo Lagoon, the inner lagoon of the city. Corte Lusenzo has seven double rooms and one family room, we have a large outdoor courtyard facing the water from which you can admire the most beautiful colors of the lagoon. In the courtyard you can have breakfast, admire spectacular sunsets and relax during the hottest hours of the day reading a book and drinking coffee. Not only the view but also the atmosphere of the court is very special, the area is full of plants and colorful flowers that we personally take care of with great love and passion, which give a feeling of peace and tranquility.
We are just minutes from the Old Town and the beaches, both of which can be reached on a leisurely walk or with our rental bicycles. We are helpful but never intrusive, we believe that the trait d’union between Tourism and Social is care and attention to people. We are a little bit B & B a little bit Hotel and above all we are Welcoming, Inclusive and Smart and we make sure that with us every person feels in the right place. We are waiting to welcome you!!!
