The Apartment

Alba dei Pescherecci is a newly renovated, second-floor apartment with modern furniture that offers a fresh, youthful atmosphere. The building itself is historic, with a lived-in feel, located on a typical ‘calle’ near the fishing boats, and this creates a particular and very interesting contrast between new and old.

The neighbor on the first floor is our superhost, we call her grandma! She is your typical Chioggia grandmother, always keen to welcome you, open the door if you forget your keys, and share insights into the local ‘calle’ culture.

The view is stunning. Alba Dei Pescherecci is named after the area in which it is located, as it overlooks the fishing boats (pescherecci) and the St. Domenico Canal. The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living room where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The accommodation is also equipped with air-conditioning and heating, free WI-FI, washing machine, towels, and full bed linen.

We are Lisa and Devis, two lovers of good food and the beauty of the Euganean Hills, and we passionately run Trattoria al Torcio, our family restaurant in Vo’ Euganeo. Despite our daily commitment to catering, we have always found time to regenerate and relax, and the sea of Sottomarina and the unique atmosphere of Chioggia’s historic center have become our favorite destinations for doing just that.
Realizing the importance of recharging our batteries, we decided to invest in our well-being by purchasing a vacation home in Chioggia. Located in the heart of the city, this house is a cozy and familiar refuge where we can spend moments of relaxation and serenity.
