L'appartamento

Novella Apartment is a spacious, four-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in one of the typical calli (narrow streets) of Chioggia’s historic centre, a stone’s throw from all the city’s restaurants.
The special feature of Novella Apartment is the clean and essential lines of the furniture, with simple geometric shapes, chosen to offer an elegant ambience and a feeling of balance and minimalism.

Developed on two levels, on the first floor is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher and a comfortable, large corner sofa.

 

Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, accessible by a convenient staircase, two more bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The accommodation is also equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, free WI FI network, washing machine, towels and complete bed linen.

Maximum occupancy for 8 persons.

Bellissimo appartamento progettato con molto buon gusto. Personale molto disponibile. Georgia ci ha dato un sacco di consigli sulla città, sui ristoranti, sui parcheggi Non si trova una posizione migliore a Chioggia! La vista spettacolare sul canale è incredibile. Si può sentire come a Venezia ma senza folla intorno 😀

(Maggio 2024). Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento moderno, pulito, ampio, ideale per 4 persone. La struttura è centrale e posizionata in una zona silenziosa. Il personale addetto alla gestione è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Se dovessimo tornare a Chioggia lo sceglierei nuovamente!

(Luglio 2023) Vi likte beliggenheten veldig godt. Mange gode restauranter rett ved leiligheten. Matbutikker, apotek og shopping!😁 Ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig dame (Giorgia), som møtte oss i det vi kom😊 bare å ringe henne om det manglet noe eller om det var noe vi lurte på. Helt supert!👌

Welcome and welcome to Novella Apartment, our cosy flat in the heart of Chioggia!
We are Chiara, Beppe, Maria Sole and Matia, a family from the Asiago Plateau, a quiet mountain resort, but who have fallen deeply in love with the historic centre of Chioggia, its unique atmosphere, its wonderful community and its lively canals.
Our family has always been a big fan of travel, with Mama Chiara always taking everyone around the world, from the scorching desert of Oman to the frozen peaks of Ladakh, from the vibrant savannah of Africa to the immaculate beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, but she found the perfect place to rest and spend the holidays right in the charming Chioggia, just a stone’s throw from home!
As travel experts, we know how important it is to have a solid base to call “home” during your holiday, which is why we have decided to make Novella Apartment a place to relax, to rest your mind after long walks on the beach in Sottomarina or after intense days spent visiting Chioggia, Venice and the beautiful islands of the lagoon!
This flat reflects the personalities and experiences of our family, in fact it is designed in its pleasant interior by dad Beppe, who has been involved in interior design for more than forty years. It is decorated by mum Chiara, who is passionate about art and culture, while her children Matia and Maria Sole have contributed to provide that extra touch of modernity and comfort.

Our idea is to get as many people as possible to discover the magic of Chioggia’s calli, a city that, as Maria Sole defines it, “is a cuddle”!
Our hope is that, by staying with us at Novella Apartment, you too will feel part of our family. We are waiting for you!
